About the role

The Floating Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of Hillside Garden. This position is a hybrid, on‑site role that moves between properties as needed, providing essential bookkeeping and reporting functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks for the community.
  • Prepare monthly close‑out and financial reports.
  • Process invoices, collect rent, fees and other payments.
  • Complete bank deposits, dispositions and account reconciliations.
  • Utilise property management software to record, track and report all financial activities.
  • Assist with weekend schedules (Sun‑Thurs or Tues‑Sat) as required.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of related experience in property finance or accounting.
  • Confident leader with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with property management software.
