About the role

Reliable Robotics is developing safety‑enhancing technology for aviation. As a Flight Software Engineer you will write deterministic C++ code for bare‑metal flight computers, work directly with sensors and control systems, and see your software run on real aircraft.

Key responsibilities

Develop high‑performance, safety‑critical C++ software in a bare‑metal environment.
Implement robust fault handling, unit tests, and integration with other vehicle subsystems.
Collaborate with hardware teams to test code on flight hardware in the lab and on aircraft.
Participate in flight test planning and execution.

Required profile

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of professional C or C++ programming experience.
Experience developing software for high‑performance embedded or safety‑critical applications.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
