Flight Attendant

About the role

Piedmont Airlines is looking for motivated, reliable professionals to join its Inflight Service Department as Flight Attendants. You will work on American Eagle flights, delivering industry‑leading safety and service while representing the airline’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Respond to emergency and non‑emergency situations with leadership.
• Work independently in the cabin without direct supervision.
• Handle a wide variety of passenger interactions and service requests.
• Operate in diverse climates and locations on variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Height between 5’2” and 6’0”.
• Valid passport for unrestricted travel to/from the United States.
• Willingness to work up to 14 hours per day.
• Professional appearance with no visible tattoos, facial or multiple piercings, or non‑natural hair colors while in uniform.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Required skills

• Ability to walk the aisle, use over‑wing exits, and sit in the jump seat without modifications.
• Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lb and push catering carts over 150 lb.
• Comfort assisting passengers with disabilities, including wheelchair handling.
