Flight Attendant

About the role

SkyWest Airlines is seeking enthusiastic Flight Attendants to ensure passenger safety and deliver exceptional in‑flight service. You will join a professional team that values punctuality, safety, and high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
• Greet passengers, assist with carry‑on baggage, and make onboard announcements.
• Prepare, serve, and restock beverages, meals, snacks, and sell onboard liquor and food.
• Provide leadership and assistance during emergency and non‑emergency situations, including medical emergencies and disorderly passengers.
• Inspect and operate cabin safety equipment such as escape slides, fire extinguishers, portable oxygen bottles, and AEDs.
• Follow all safety regulations and established procedures without supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid U.S. or foreign passport valid for at least 12 months and any visas needed for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
• Excellent English communication skills for safety briefings and detailed incident reporting.
• Comfortable using basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs for audio/video systems and in‑flight data collection.
