Fixed Income Analyst – CIB Markets

About the role

The CIB Markets Fixed Income Analyst will support the team by researching market trends, preparing client presentations and analytical documents, and helping shape business strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work on structured finance products and collaborate across multiple business functions within a global financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyze and prepare support documents and client presentation materials.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and client needs to inform business decisions.
• Develop and present insights, recommendations and solutions to address client challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the growth of existing client relationships and help build new partnerships.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other business communications.
• Contribute to project execution and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality work.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, products and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
• Strong presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑management and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Sales‑oriented, energetic and self‑motivated.
