Fitness Trainer – Group Fitness (PE@PF)

About the role

Planet Fitness is looking for an energetic Fitness Trainer to lead its PE@PF group‑fitness program. You will help new members reach their goals by creating simple workout plans and teaching safe equipment use.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct PE@PF classes.
• Consult members on fitness goals and demonstrate proper equipment usage.
• Develop creative promotions to increase class sign‑ups.
• Produce bi‑weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class frequency requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Support front‑desk duties: answer phones, check‑in members, process new sign‑ups, give tours, and update member information.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
