Fitness Instructor – Group Classes

About the role
Barry’s is seeking energetic Fitness Instructors to lead its signature high‑intensity interval classes. You will deliver engaging workouts that blend strength training and cardio, inspire participants, and uphold the brand’s vibrant culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead first‑class training sessions while maintaining Barry’s aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
- Motivate and energize clients, providing superior customer service inside and outside class.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Barry’s both in‑studio and in the community.
Required profile
- Current Instructor or Personal Training certification and CPR certification.
- Experience leading group training or personal training.
- Availability for non‑traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong integrity and confidence.
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, stand for long periods, and lift equipment of 30+ lb.
