Fitness Coach

About the role

BODY20 is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join its studio team. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will deliver personalized EMS training and InBody evaluations while providing exceptional service to members.

Key responsibilities

• Administer InBody body composition evaluations and EMS personal training sessions.
• Maintain high service standards and provide personalized attention to each member.
• Demonstrate proper equipment use and exercise techniques, handling up to 50 lb of dynamic weight.
• Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment according to BODY20 protocols.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.
• Attend fitness coach meetings, trainings, and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of personal training experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Honesty, integrity, and a passion for the fitness industry.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, professional, computer‑literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, lift and move up to 50 lb.
