About the role

As a Financial Services Tax – Real Estate Senior Manager at PwC, you will guide clients through complex tax compliance and strategic consulting matters. You will work within the Tax practice to advise on local and international tax issues, support business analysis, and help shape profit‑sharing and working‑capital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance and advisory projects for financial‑services clients with a focus on real‑estate transactions.
• Advise on local and cross‑border tax obligations, structuring, and planning to optimise business outcomes.
• Manage multi‑jurisdictional engagements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review tax documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyse financial statements to provide actionable tax‑strategy recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with diverse internal teams.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, fostering technical growth and inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant tax, finance or consulting experience.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, Bar membership, or equivalent tax/finance credential.
