Financial Services Tax – Real Estate Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Financial Services Tax practice as a Senior Associate focused on real‑estate tax matters. You will work with leading asset and wealth management clients, helping them meet tax obligations while optimizing business performance across local and international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs, including pricing of inter‑company transactions and tax implications of deals.
• Provide strategic consulting on business analysis, working‑capital management, and profit‑sharing arrangements for partners.
• Support clients in navigating complex national and international tax environments, especially around capital requirements and operational tax risks.
• Develop tax‑structuring solutions that address continuously changing regulations.
• Drive digitisation, automation and efficiency initiatives within the Financial Services Tax team.

Required profile

• Senior Associate with strong problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated self‑awareness, willingness to receive feedback and develop personal strengths.
• Ability to delegate, coach junior staff and deliver high‑quality results.
