About the role

As a Financial Services Tax – Real Estate Director at PwC, you will guide leading financial services clients through complex local and international tax landscapes. You will shape strategic tax advice, support business analysis, working‑capital management and profit‑sharing arrangements, and help clients mitigate operational tax risks.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on local and cross‑border tax matters to optimise business outcomes.
• Manage tax compliance and structuring for asset and wealth management clients.
• Analyse operational tax risks and the tax impact of investments across jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and validate tax documentation for regulatory accuracy.
• Lead strategic tax‑planning and profit‑sharing consultations for partners.
• Monitor financial trends to inform tax strategies and decisions.
• Oversee teams in preparing and filing regulatory tax returns.
• Promote innovation and new methodologies within tax practice.
• Build and sustain long‑term stakeholder relationships.
• Support the development of scalable efficiencies across projects.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, Bar membership or other tax/finance credentials.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership in asset and wealth management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and drive business development.
