Financial Services Analyst – Credit, Billing & Treasury

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Services Analyst with a focus on credit, billing and treasury to support our LATAM and Caribbean operations. Based near the Miami airport, the role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury and cash‑flow activities including cash forecasting, liquidity reporting and working‑capital analysis.
• Prepare month‑end journal entries, accruals, balance‑sheet reconciliations and intercompany reporting.
• Oversee accounts receivable, resolve billing disputes, allocate receipts and monitor collections performance.
• Conduct credit risk assessments, KPI reporting and financial‑statement reviews.
• Identify process improvements and support ERP system enhancements.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, AR, billing or finance.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of cash‑flow and financial reporting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE/E1).
