About the role

Join PwC’s Assurance practice as a Financial Markets & Real Estate (FMRE) Intern for the Winter 2028 term. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting audit and advisory teams that help clients navigate complex financial instruments and market reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support teams delivering financial market assurance services.
• Participate in analysis and evaluation of complex financial instruments.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct research on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Observe audit processes and learn from experienced auditors.
• Contribute to the development of financial reporting strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to address client challenges in financial markets.
• Gather and analyze data to support financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Quantitative Finance, or Real Estate.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
