Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team on-site in Frisco, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance, accounting, and controllership, preferably from a Big 5 consulting firm, and will be ready to support complex financial operations within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audits, tax compliance, treasury functions, and revenue recognition processes.
• Oversee financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle complex accounting matters and support acquisition activities, including post‑acquisition integration.
• Collaborate with multinational teams to align financial practices across the organization.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive finance, accounting, and controllership experience.
• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working within a multinational organization.
• Background in technology, engineering services, consulting, or professional‑services industries is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to or already reside in Frisco, Texas.
