Financial Controller – Cost Accounting & Plant Finance

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical cost‑accounting professional to partner with operations and drive real impact. The position blends cost accounting, FP&A, and plant finance, focusing on standard costing and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update standard costing for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Perform manufacturing variance analysis, including labor, overhead, purchase price variance, and absorption.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and plant performance reporting.
• Partner directly with operations teams to improve cost visibility and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Strong expertise in standard costing (must‑have).
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (QAD preferred).
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non‑finance audiences.
