Financial Center Banker / Licensed Relationship Manager

About the role

The Financial Center Banker will provide financial options to clients through a consultative approach, supporting the branch banking team and expanding relationships. Candidates may start in a development program before obtaining full licensing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and recommend personalized solutions.
• Open accounts, cross‑sell Northwest products, and refer customers to specialists.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address concerns, and build long‑term relationships.
• Participate in the Licensed Relationship Manager Development program and complete required licensing exams within one year.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of banking, retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licensing and complete the development program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer applications.
