About the role

The Financial Center Banker joins Northwest’s Branch Banking team to provide clients with tailored financial solutions and expand banking relationships. This role involves assessing customer needs, recommending products, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness conversations.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and offer personalized recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining operational accuracy and security.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address concerns promptly, and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
• Initiate proactive conversations to understand customer financial objectives and build long‑term relationships.
• Adhere to all security, dual‑control processes, and daily branch opening/closing tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of banking, retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer applications.
