Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team in Reno. The position provides decision‑support to multiple operating groups, helping drive financial performance through budgeting, reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets and forecasts.
• Produce financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost savings.
• Support operating groups with financial performance insights.
• Develop and present financial models to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive corporate finance experience.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with non‑financial audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft SQL and other database applications.

• Financial and statistical analysis techniques.
