Operations Manager – Cash Vault

About the role

The Operations Manager – Cash Vault will oversee and coordinate operational activities for the cash vault function, ensuring high‑quality service to internal and external customers while leading a team of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned functional areas or regions.
• Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all internal and external customers.
• Lead high‑performance teams of entry‑level and skilled professionals, setting goals, providing feedback, and measuring progress.
• Oversee adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in reviewing and improving operational systems and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and supported products/services.
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
