Financial Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Controller, you will support a wide range of accounting and financial activities that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of Rhino's financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support accurate financial reporting, including financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory accounting, and month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Maintain the integrity of financial records, ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and support audits, regulatory reporting, and banking requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis by evaluating business performance, monitoring variances, and providing insights to support decision‑making.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports, partnering with finance and cross‑functional teams to support effective financial planning and resource management.
• Manage fixed‑asset accounting activities, including tracking capital expenditures, maintaining asset records, recording depreciation and amortization, and coordinating asset disposals.
• Support insurance administration, customer credit reviews, credit limit recommendations, and collection activities.
• Maintain ERP master data requirements for new raw materials and related entities.
