Finance Transformation - SAP FICO Consultant, Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Finance Transformation - SAP FICO Consultant, Manager to lead financial performance improvement initiatives for our clients. You will combine deep finance expertise with SAP technology to redesign processes, enhance controls, and drive cost efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation projects using SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA.
• Advise clients on optimizing Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash and Source‑to‑Pay cycles.
• Design future‑state business processes in partnership with SAP consulting teams.
• Analyze financial operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automation solutions.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery against client expectations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Conduct financial statement analysis, modeling and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Engage stakeholders, resolve conflicts and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance transformation or SAP FICO consulting.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
