Finance & Sales Coordinator

About the role

ASCO Equipment is looking for a Finance & Sales Coordinator in Houston, Texas. The core of the job is quoting, submitting and managing a pipeline of five-to-seven-figure sales and finance deals, from application through closing. The coordinator handles daily operations and sales support, coordinates with customers to meet their financial needs, and manages confidential information such as warranty and insurance quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of sales and finance deals and process, sell and grow finance-related sales on a per-deal basis, including extended warranty and physical damage insurance.
• Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs and make sure all deals are booked accurately, never misrepresenting equipment.
• Review declined deals and work with the Sales Department to recover them.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and generate new lenders while keeping good lender relations.
• Maintain a lender guide of programs currently used and learn them well.
• Communicate updates effectively with leadership and sales teams in a positive, solution-oriented way.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience managing a sales/finance pipeline and/or a degree in business, sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals is a plus; back-office finance experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work extra hours when needed, as the company is a growing, cyclical sales organization.
• Adherence to safety rules and completion of safety training, and a professional appearance.
