Finance Manager – Strategic Advisory

About the role

We are a high‑growth advisory firm seeking a Finance Manager to act as a senior financial partner for our leadership teams. In this hybrid role you will drive cash‑flow forecasting, build financial models and provide insights that shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own 13‑week cash flow forecasting and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to enhance financial systems and reporting.
• Lead reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Advise on working capital management, including AR, AP and inventory.
• Develop dashboards and continuously improve financial processes.
• Manage junior team members and collaborate closely with executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or consulting.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong visibility and impact within an organization.
