Finance Manager – Remote (Florida resident)

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the Director of Finance and lead core financial operations across a multi‑site manufacturing and retail business. This is a hands‑on position that will play a key part in an ongoing acquisition and requires a proactive, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and provide FP&A support.
• Manage product costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing performance reporting.
• Partner with retail leadership to analyze store performance, pricing, promotions and consumer trends.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Support financial close, compliance and drive process improvements across the finance function.
• Act as a business partner to market leadership, delivering financial insights at the market level.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a turnaround or acquisition environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA or CMA is a plus.
