Finance Manager – LATAM Venues (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

The Finance Manager – Special Projects will oversee accounting and financial operations for new venues across the Latin America market and support additional financial reporting initiatives as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Latin America SVP and business units to manage and control the annual budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed CapEx financial models for each venue project, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Review monthly forecasts, assess timing and risk, and align with division objectives.
• Prepare variance analysis on capital investment projects to highlight key deviations and drivers.
• Oversee lease accounting, ensuring budgets and forecasts reflect contractual terms and proper accounting treatment.
• Analyze key business metrics for corporate reporting requirements.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and lead implementation of new systems.
• Lead process mapping for system roll‑outs and provide ad‑hoc analysis for executive management.
• Execute other duties and special projects assigned by the SVP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Bilingual professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• 2‑3 years managing CapEx or asset portfolios.
• Strong analytical abilities, financial acumen, and knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in Latin America and/or venue finance is advantageous.
