Banking Center Manager – Full Time

About the role

The Banking Center Manager is responsible for directing and administering all operational activities of a Prosperity Bank branch in Palestine. This full‑time position ensures that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are consistently applied while delivering high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily banking center operations, including work scheduling, workflow management, and cash handling.
• Maintain security standards by enforcing all security procedures and conducting regular cash verifications.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate lobby and teller staff, conducting regular meetings and performance appraisals.
• Handle customer service functions, assist with new account openings, and cross‑sell bank products as needed.
• Manage daily deposits, balance transactions at close of day, and resolve any teller balancing issues.
• Implement policy changes, monitor profitability, and control expenses to meet bank standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banking operations or branch management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent knowledge of banking security, cash controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and drive improvements.
• Effective communication and customer‑service orientation.
