Finance Manager – Hospital Operations

About the role
The Finance Manager supports regional hospital campuses by providing financial analysis and data to guide decision‑making. Working closely with campus leadership, the role evaluates performance and drives process improvements to enhance operating margins.
Key responsibilities
- Support monthly financial performance reviews for regional campus activity.
- Compile projections, vet assumptions on initiatives, and analyze market viability using cost, budget and EPIC systems.
- Perform strategic analysis of opportunities, identify efficiency gains, cost reductions or revenue enhancements, and develop action items to meet or exceed budget.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting or healthcare finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, CPA certification, and experience in Pennsylvania healthcare finance.
