Finance Manager (FP&A) – Irvine, CA

About the role

Taco Bell is seeking a highly motivated leader to head the US G&A financial planning, performance management and decision support function. The role partners with HR, Finance, Technology and Marketing to ensure resources align with key priorities and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own US G&A financial performance, including period close, quarterly forecasting, annual and long‑range planning, and synthesize results into clear performance views.
• Drive strategic G&A planning and resource allocation, balancing incremental asks, productivity opportunities and enterprise needs against targets.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to budget leaders, providing insights and constructive challenge around spending, headcount, investment decisions and forecast assumptions.
• Partner with International Finance to manage the global G&A outlook and communicate implications to finance leadership.
• Own workforce and headcount financial planning in partnership with HR and functional leaders.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses for senior leadership to facilitate sound decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or certification a plus); 8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• 2+ years of direct people‑leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, able to connect results to business drivers and translate insights into action.
• Proven ability to build trusted cross‑functional relationships, influence without authority and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex financial information into clear narratives for all audience levels.
