Finance Manager – DMI

About the role

The Finance Manager for Kiehl’s DMI will act as a strategic financial partner for the global DMI team, supporting leadership in optimizing development costs, coordinating SG&A, and delivering zone‑level financial analysis to drive informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for the Brand President, DGM and marketing teams, aligning investments and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead comprehensive zone P&L analysis, providing insights on performance trends and ROI.
• Create benchmarking and cost‑saving initiatives, establishing KPIs to evaluate spend effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Paris corporate finance on ad‑hoc requests and analyses.
• Manage end‑to‑end budgeting, annual business plans, and trend reporting in line with the corporate calendar.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable commentary for flash meetings and management reviews, including worldwide net sales analysis.
• Review and approve development cost center purchase orders, monitor compliance, and conduct monthly budget reviews.
• Coordinate SG&A follow‑up with the BEST team.
• Drive the monthly close process, preparing journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.

Required profile

• Strategic and driven finance professional able to partner with global DMI leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and with corporate finance teams.
