Finance Manager – American Whiskey Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial analysis and reporting for our American Whiskey portfolio. You will work closely with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and senior leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations with local Controllers and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated barrel activity reports with standardized KPIs and actionable insights.
• Maintain comprehensive inventory reports and lead monthly review meetings with operations stakeholders.
• Lead strategic warehouse utilization reviews and support cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Partner with Portfolio Finance, Commercial Finance, and Brand Entrepreneurs on forecasts, budgets, and year‑to‑date performance.
• Provide analytical support for business cycles, ensuring accuracy and strategic impact.
