About the role
We are seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join a Chambers‑ranked finance group at a leading AmLaw 100 firm in New York City. The role focuses on leveraged finance, lending, and fund financing matters, offering a lateral move for experienced associates.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex finance transactions, including leveraged finance, lending, and fund financing agreements.
- Provide legal advice to clients on finance-related matters within the firm’s finance practice.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other practice groups to support high‑value transactions.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as an associate at a top law firm.
- Juris Doctor from a T‑20 law school or from the top 25 % of a T‑50 law school.
- Licensed to practice law in New York.
Required skills
- Experience drafting complex finance transactions.
- Knowledge of leveraged finance, lending, and fund financing.
