About the role
The Field Trainer will lead and execute training initiatives for Stewart’s field workforce, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge to support the company’s title and real‑estate services. This role partners closely with business leaders to identify needs, standardize programs, and measure training effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee, develop and deliver training programs for field employees to meet individual and organizational objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and create standardized initiatives.
- Track, report on, and analyze training success metrics.
- Promote efficiency and competitive advantage by enhancing staff and end‑user capabilities.
- Apply professional concepts to resolve a wide range of business issues through training.
- Drive best practices and contribute expertise toward business unit goals.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines while understanding team integration.
Required profile
- Works under general supervision with the ability to adjust training approaches as needed.
- Understands how individual duties relate to broader team functions.
- Impacts team performance through high‑quality support.
