Field Support Supervisor – Multifamily Regional Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Field Support Supervisor to oversee regional maintenance operations for our multifamily communities in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. The role bridges our construction, asset management and onsite teams, ensuring properties receive timely technical support and project oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple properties regularly to assess needs and provide on‑site technical assistance.
• Identify maintenance challenges, propose solutions, and manage vendor relationships.
• Evaluate products, equipment, and vendor proposals for cost‑effectiveness and suitability.
• Facilitate hand‑over of construction projects to property teams, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Collaborate with managers to prioritize work, define scopes, select contractors, and oversee projects through completion.
• Guide onsite teams on work execution and ensure quality standards are met.
• Encourage qualified contractors to bid and review proposals for scope and pricing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a multi‑family regional support role.
• At least 5 years hands‑on maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• EPA certification – Type I & II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of workplace safety.
• Experience with capital projects, blueprint reading, and writing work requirements.
