Field Service Technician

About the role

Bobcat of the Rockies is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair Bobcat compact equipment at our Henderson, Parker, or Golden locations. You will work directly in the field, diagnosing equipment failures and restoring machines to optimal condition while representing the company with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify causes of equipment failure following established guidelines.
• Repair and recondition machine components on‑site, ensuring high‑quality workmanship.
• Plan repair sequences, pre‑order required parts, and execute repairs safely.
• Maintain accurate records of time, parts, and supplies for each job.
• Keep the work area, tools, equipment, and service vehicles clean and safe.
• Adhere to personal protective equipment requirements and promote safety among peers.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers, reflecting the company’s values.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an equipment technician, preferably in construction or agricultural equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment with minimal supervision.
• Technical school certificate or equivalent mechanical repair experience; high school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with parts and service staff.
