About the role
Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you’ll be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting arrival commitments.
- Understand the customer’s business and competitive environment while generating service revenue.
- Participate in regional team initiatives, improve processes, and identify training gaps.
- Seek opportunities to expand capability across multiple modalities and learn new tools.
- Complete all administrative duties—including timesheets, work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, and installation documentation—within regulatory timeframes.
- Utilize tools, support resources, and escalation processes to resolve electronic, network, and mechanical issues promptly.
- Travel across the designated geography, averaging 1‑4 hours of driving daily, with occasional overnight stays and air or train travel.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging service (field or hospital‑based).
- Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using appropriate tools and test equipment.
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations.
- Capability to safely work with radiation sources or radioactive materials while wearing required PPE.

- Hourly pay range $42.00 – $65.00 (overtime eligible).
