Field Sales Trainer

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a rapidly expanding home‑improvement company, is looking for a Field Sales Trainer who will continue to close sales at a high level while coaching new hires into confident, high‑performing closers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial classroom and product training sessions for new sales representatives.
• Shadow reps in the field, run mid‑calls, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Maintain strong personal sales production to lead by example.
• Accelerate ramp‑up and improve retention of newly hired Home Remodeling Experts.
• Track performance and develop reps across one to three divisions.

Required profile

• Proven top performer in in‑home or outside sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Natural coach who enjoys seeing trainees close deals.
• Organized, consistent, and comfortable leading from the front.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regional travel.
• Weekend availability and self‑motivated, competitive attitude.

What we offer

• $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and $250 bonus per successful shadow sale.
• On‑target earnings of $130,000–$185,000+ per year.
