Field Sales & Marketing Representative - Houston, TX

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor power equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in Houston, Texas. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and launch your career in a fast-paced company.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service, recommending tailored TTI product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and merchandising resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock and report promptly on tasks
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Travel to and from store locations and occasionally for meetings and events; air travel is required

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work nights and weekends
• Self-motivated, organized and able to stand for the duration of shifts
• Higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

• Data analysis with Microsoft Power BI

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
