Field Sales Manager

About the role

The Field Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives to achieve volume and distribution goals across Greater Philadelphia, focusing on beverage (wine/spirits) accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, conducting one‑on‑one meetings to set objectives and review performance.
• Develop performance enhancement plans, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing training and MBO tracking.
• Maintain key account relationships, identify opportunities, and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate supplier surveys and ride‑withs, working with Business Managers to schedule activities.
• Participate in interview and onboarding processes for new associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage (wine/spirits).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to hold a Solicitor’s Permit (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and manage performance metrics.
