Field Sales Consultant – El Paso, TX

About the role

The Field Sales Consultant will represent Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, in the El Paso market. You will build relationships with prospective and existing homeowners, guiding them through home‑improvement projects such as baths, closets, and exterior upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with homeowners and generate new business opportunities.
• Present, negotiate, and close sales contracts for renovation services.
• Maintain a full schedule that may include evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.
• Utilize pre‑qualified leads provided by the company—no cold calling or door‑knocking.
• Collaborate with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones and quotas.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible, and determined attitude with strong persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and ambitious.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus.
