Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Home Depot

About the role

Techtronic Industries (TTI), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in the Tulalip area. The role works with The Home Depot, its main retail partner, to grow market share and keep TTI's product lines prominent. It involves merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement, with hands-on training and a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by selling to consumers in The Home Depot and recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and work nights and weekends

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work standing for full shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel to stores and occasionally by air, and to carry a small amount of company property
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a retail environment
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
