Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Cincinnati

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor power equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role supports TTI's presence in The Home Depot, driving market share growth and helping maintain its product lines there. It involves hands-on merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class business-to-consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Maintain brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and participate in the company's training program
• Transport a small amount of company property and travel to and from store locations, including occasional air travel

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work nights and weekends
• Ability to work full-time in a retail environment standing for the shift, except for breaks
• Self-motivated, organized and able to plan and manage time
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
