Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Anchorage, AK

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Anchorage, AK. The role supports TTI's presence in The Home Depot, driving market share growth and helping maintain its product lines through merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by selling to consumers in The Home Depot and recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Manage merchandising, product placement, store resets and inventory levels, using Microsoft Power BI for data-driven decisions
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Travel to and from store locations, including air travel, and occasionally attend meetings and events

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Ability to pass drug screening and motor vehicle report screening
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities

Required skills

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
