About the role

Retail merchandising support in the Nags Head area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not W‑2 employment. Work is scheduled on an as‑needed basis, with hours and project frequency varying by client, market, and season.

Key responsibilities

Visit the store once per week, based on client requirements.
Perform bi‑weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting the unit, restocking, and updating signage.
Check inventory levels on other visits and restock as needed (average 20 min).
Verify thermostat settings are accurate according to instructions.
Report service via smartphone/device the same day, including required photos.

Required profile

Lives within a 10‑15 mile radius of the store.
Comfortable using a smartphone to report tasks.
Seeking supplemental income rather than a full‑time position.

What we offer

$15‑18 per visit, depending on the job.
Paid bi‑weekly via direct deposit.
Consistent, recurring route with independent work.
Pay is for a full hour, even if the visit takes less time.
