Field Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to perform resets, remodels, fixture installations and other merchandising projects for leading retailers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
• Read and implement planograms, build fixtures, install displays and stock merchandise.
• Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using a mobile app.
• Work independently and meet project deadlines, representing SRS professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel or installation.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lb and assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
