Field Marketing Specialist – Southlake, TX

About the role

Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to support agents across four DFW offices. Working on‑site five days a week, you will travel regularly to Southlake, Flower Mound, Greater Fort Worth, and Ellis County to help agents grow their businesses using Coldwell Banker’s programs and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with branch managers to identify agents needing strategic marketing support.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group sessions to develop personal marketing strategies, including content, branding, and positioning.
• Translate corporate marketing initiatives into practical, jargon‑free guidance.
• Perform digital scorecard reviews of social presence, online reputation, and testimonials, then create action plans.
• Help agents build comprehensive social‑media strategies (organic, paid, Reels, review promotion).
• Collaborate with the creative team on local recruiting campaigns and support office‑level initiatives such as awards, agent spotlights, community events, and press features.
• Onboard new agents, run monthly workshops on social media, AI tools, lead generation, and personal branding.
• Prepare personalized recruiting presentations and assist with candidate outreach.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, MLS rules, Realtor association requirements, and brand standards while managing multiple office deadlines.

Required profile
