Field Marketing Specialist (Midvale, UT)

About the role

Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist to support local real estate agents in Midvale, UT. You will help agents grow their businesses by leveraging Coldwell Banker’s industry‑leading programs, technology, and brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with branch managers to identify agents needing strategic marketing and brand support.
• Consult agents on personal marketing strategies, showcasing the Core 4 pillars (production, coaching, culture, wealth building).
• Develop digital marketing plans, including organic and paid social media, online profiles, and customer testimonial promotion.
• Conduct annual digital scorecard reviews to measure online presence and recommend improvements.
• Provide issue resolution and one‑on‑one assistance to agents as required.
• Prepare and promote monthly educational workshops, both in‑office and virtual.
• Support regional offices through meetings, awards initiatives, community outreach, and charitable events.
• Assist onboarding of newly affiliated agents and create personalized recruiting presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team on local recruiting and advertising campaigns.
• Stay current on Fair Housing language, REALTOR® regulations, MLS standards, and Coldwell Banker brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication and consulting skills with a focus on real‑estate agents.
• Ability to analyze digital performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Comfortable presenting workshops and training sessions to groups and individuals.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple regional initiatives simultaneously.
