Key responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods and set appointments with potential customers.
- Promote top‑rated home improvement services.
- Lead and develop a team once promoted to manager.
- Oversee multiple markets and team leads as a divisional manager.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and solid work ethic.
- Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods.
- Leadership or sales experience (required for direct manager hire).
