Field Inventory Planner II

About the role

Boston Scientific is hiring a Field Inventory Planner II in Costa Rica. The role performs data analysis, creates and maintains reports, and runs SAP or legacy data maintenance transactions. It works closely with the Country Operations Manager and Demand Planners and coordinates with other country functions to deliver timely, accurate results. The position follows a hybrid model: at least three days per week at the Global Hub, American Free Zone, Costa Rica office, with the rest of the week remote.

Key responsibilities

• Data entry, data downloads and data maintenance using SAP/Legacy and data analysis software
• Build and maintain databases for ongoing operations analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations reports and metrics, including forecast accuracy, short shelf life, service level, L.F.R, backorder, consignment, lead time and EE&O
• Analyze operations performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate consignment inventory controls and reporting, and support sales requirements through the consignment process
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality and regulatory commitments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or an equivalent related field
• Advanced English level desired
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
