Field Clinical Specialist - Peripheral Vascular (North Dakota)

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Field Clinical Specialist for its Inari peripheral vascular products in North Dakota, based in Fargo. The role is field-based and involves working independently and partnering with local Account Managers to increase clinical support and education, leading to greater clinical acumen. The position carries a base salary of $130,000 plus possible commission and bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures and act as the clinical interface between the medical community and the company.
• Build and maintain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis.
• Collaborate with product development teams on device feedback and document procedural case observations for regulatory and continuous improvement purposes.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in nursing or a related clinical discipline preferred.
• At least three years of combined education, training and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing or comparable clinical setting.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology, and strong clinical acumen.
• Understanding of the sales process is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally, including occasional overnight trips, and night/weekend on-call.
• Ability to work independently, focus on detail and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to create presentation materials.
