Field Account Representative (Healthcare) - Greater Las Vegas

About the role

HD Supply is hiring an Outside Sales Account Representative for healthcare accounts in the Greater Las Vegas, Nevada area (Boulder City, Henderson and surrounding areas). You will sell MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) supplies and other products to an established portfolio of healthcare customers such as senior living communities, independent senior living, post-acute care and assisted living, maintaining and growing sales. The territory is open only to Nevada residents.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts, retain existing ones and expand opportunities with current customers to meet yearly sales goals.
• Manage sales volume with existing customers while prospecting and acquiring new ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers, and share market insights and competitor information.
• Collaborate with leadership on market trends and customer needs to shape sales strategy.
• Attend monthly association meetings, engage in local trade shows and represent the company in regional or national activities.
• Drive profitable sales growth in core and emerging industries and markets.

Required profile

• Preferred: 2-5 years of B2B field sales experience; a degree (BS/BA) in a related field, or MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience.
• Proactive sales professional with strong communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Able to build relationships with customers, vendors and internal team members, and to prioritize selling and administrative tasks.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan and to handle objections.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform preferred.
• Must operate a personal vehicle more than 20% of the average work week; an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) is required.

• Base salary of $53,500 to $77,700 per year plus sales incentive bonus.
